Tyler plays a pivotal role at Soltis, leading the firm’s efforts to provide fiduciary, investment, plan consulting, and participant services for our Institutional & Retirement Plan clients. With over two decades of experience in the industry, Tyler is deeply passionate about collaborating with plan fiduciaries and participants to secure their financial futures. He actively advocates for clients through his involvement in various boards and national committees. Currently, Tyler serves on national advisory boards for Charles Schwab and Prudential, and he is a member of the Government Affairs Committee for NAPA.
Prior to joining Soltis, Tyler spent six years with the Russell Investment Group, a global leader in institutional investment consulting. He also dedicated two years to Strong Capital Management, where he crafted investment portfolio strategies and solutions for retirement plans. Tyler recognized the distinct opportunity offered by Soltis to leverage his extensive experience in an environment characterized by independence and integrity.
Tyler earned his B.S. degree in Finance from Southern Utah University and furthered his education with an MBA from Pacific Lutheran University’s Management School in Washington state. Additionally, he completed the CIMA (Certified Investment Management Analyst) designation through the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and is an esteemed member of the Investment Management Consultants Association.
