Ruth joined the Soltis team in May 2021 as a Client Relationship Manager. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Marriage and Family Studies from Brigham Young University. Prior to her tenure at Soltis, Ruth served as a Child Protective Services Caseworker for the State of Texas and was also a franchise owner of a home décor business.

With a profound dedication to children in the foster care system, Ruth has actively served as both a foster parent and a CASA Volunteer (Court Appointed Special Advocate). Her commitment to supporting vulnerable children underscores her compassionate nature and values.

In her leisure time, Ruth indulges in her passions for travel, reading, spending time with friends, and baking. Visitors to her home are often greeted with an array of freshly baked goods, reflecting her warm hospitality and love for sharing homemade treats.
