Kim Anderson has been a valued member of Soltis since 1998. He has played a key role in the growth and success of the firm, particularly in developing and expanding Soltis’ Institutional Retirement Plan Services Division. From 2017 to 2025, Kim served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Soltis, overseeing the Wealth Management and Institutional Retirement divisions and helping guide the firm’s strategic direction. Kim is currently serving as a Mission Leader for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Melbourne, Australia from 2025 to 2028.

Kim began his career in the financial industry as a consultant with Prudential Insurance Company, where he was licensed in company and individual pensions, mutual funds, and insurance products. He also spent nine years with General Motors Acceptance Corporation (GMAC), managing employees in various financial and credit departments, including human resources and benefits.

Before his role as President and CEO, Kim was instrumental in developing and servicing the Institutional Retirement Plan Services Division. He has extensive experience consulting on, servicing, and administering retirement plans nationwide. Kim also worked as a consultant for a regional Third-Party Administrator, focusing on management, services, and technology. As a recognized industry expert, he has been a featured speaker and panelist at conferences hosted by Fidelity, Charles Schwab, and Newport Group, and has been quoted in national publications including The Wall Street Journal. Throughout his career, Kim was actively involved with the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA), including service on its Government Affairs Committee, where he interfaced with government agencies and members of Congress on retirement planning issues.

Kim has served on several industry advisory boards, including those of Fidelity, Principal, and PCS/ABG. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Brigham Young University and has earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) designation from Fiduciary360, Graduate School of Business, University of Pittsburgh.
