In Geoffrey’s role at Soltis, he helps lead the firm’s effort in providing fiduciary, investment, plan consulting and participant services for our Institutional & Retirement Plan clients. He has over two decades of experience in working in this industry and is passionate about working with plan fiduciaries and participants. Prior to joining Soltis, he spent 11 years selling investments with Virtus Investment Partners and John Hancock.

Prior to those positions, Geoff was with Russell Investments on the Institutional side covering retirement plans as well as Endowments and Foundations in the mid-market that were 25 million to 3 billion. Geoff was a National Director for Russell Investments, one of the largest institutional investment consulting institutions in the world. He also spent 3 years with Morgan Stanley as a Financial Advisor, developing investment portfolio strategies and solutions for retirement plans as well as working with individuals for retirement planning. Geoff joined Soltis recognizing the unique opportunity to leverage his experience in an environment that is independent and non-conflicted.

Geoff received his B.A. degree from Pacific Lutheran University’s in Washington state.
