Caden Keate is an Investment Analyst on the Public Investment team at Soltis, working closely with senior professionals, Bill and Shawn. He graduated from Brigham Young University (BYU) in May 2024 with a degree in Finance. During his time at BYU, Caden was actively involved in student organization like Brigham Capital, where he served as an Equity Research Analyst on the Consumer Defensive team, and a founding member of the BYU Ski and Ride Club.

Caden brings valuable experience from his internships, having worked in the Finance department at Mister Car Wash and as a Summer Valuation Analyst at Ryan Valuation. In these roles, he developed in-depth financial models and conducted detailed financial analyses of companies.

Outside of work, Caden and his wife, Maya, enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, including skiing, mountain biking, golfing, and whitewater rafting. Maya’s experience as a professional river guide, coupled with Caden’s involvement as a teaching assistant for the mountain bike class at BYU and a mountain bike guide for the BYU MBA programs, has fueled their shared passion for the outdoors.

Caden is also a dedicated Green Bay Packers fan and is currently pursuing the CFA designation, having passed the CFA Level 1 exam in May.
