Kim Anderson has been with Soltis for over 25 years and currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), a role he has held since 2017. He collaborates with Managing Partners to oversee the services provided by the Wealth Management and Institutional Retirement Divisions. Kim began his career in the financial industry as a consultant with Prudential Insurance Company, where he was licensed in company and individual pensions, mutual funds, and insurance products. He also spent nine years with General Motors Acceptance Corporation (GMAC), managing employees in various financial and credit departments, including human resources and benefits.
Before his role as President/CEO, Kim was instrumental in developing and servicing the Institutional Retirement Plan Services Division. He has been deeply involved in consulting, servicing, and administering retirement plans nationwide. Kim has also worked as a consultant for a regional Third-Party Administrator, focusing on management, services, and technology. As a recognized industry expert, he has been a featured speaker and panelist at conferences hosted by Fidelity, Charles Schwab, and Newport Group, and has been quoted in national publications such as the Wall Street Journal. He serves on the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA) Government Affairs Committee, regularly interfacing with government agencies and Congress on retirement planning issues.
Kim is a member of several industry advisory boards, including those of Fidelity, Principal, and PCS/ABG. He holds a B.S. degree in Economics from Brigham Young University and has earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® professional designation from Fiduciary 360, Graduate School of Business, University of Pittsburgh.
