Spencer joined Soltis in 2020 as a Senior Advisor, primarily focusing on wealth management clients in the Arizona and Southern California market. His role extends beyond client service to encompass active participation in the firm’s business development initiatives, often representing Soltis at various industry forums.

Before joining Soltis, Spencer held positions as an advisor in the wealth management division of TIAA and the Private Client Group of E*Trade Financial (now Morgan Stanley). In these roles, he provided advisory services to a discerning clientele within the academic, healthcare, and energy sectors. His experience also includes diverse roles at Fidelity Investments, where he gained invaluable insights into service, research, and advisory functions.

Spencer holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Utah and an MBA from Westminster University. He has further fortified his credentials as a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor through the College of Financial Planning.

In his leisure time, Spencer finds joy in traveling with his wife Beth, coaching his sons’ football teams, and supporting his daughters in ballet and the arts. He also relishes opportunities to attend live sporting events and concerts.
