Marcus joined Soltis in 2024 as an advisor for clients the Southwest region. Prior to joining Soltis, Marcus played eight seasons of professional baseball for the Seattle Mariners and Arizona Diamondbacks organizations.  

Marcus received his B.A. in Business Management from Brigham Young University while volunteering on the coaching staff for the baseball program.

 Marcus currently lives in Saint George, Utah with his wife Morgan and three children – Addilyn, Avery Jo, and Blake. He enjoys trips to Lake Powell, golf, and spending time outdoors with his family.
