Kayla brings her expertise to the Washington office of Soltis, joining the team in January 2022 as a Client Relationship Manager. In her role, she supports TJ Adams by preparing reports, facilitating client meetings, and handling other analyst responsibilities.

Having graduated with an associate’s degree from Brigham Young University-Idaho, Kayla brings a strong educational background to her role. She married Curtis Rounds in April 2020, and their move to Washington in 2021 has allowed them to appreciate the natural beauty of the region. Outside of work, Kayla enjoys outdoor activities and cherishes time spent with her husband and son, immersing themselves in the fresh air and scenic landscapes.
