Josh joined Soltis in April of 2023 as a Retirement Advisor. In this role he works with 401(k) sponsors to determine how to best run their retirement plan, as well as work with plan participants to help them make the most of the retirement benefits offered by their employers.

Prior to joining the Soltis team, Josh worked as Tax Equity Fund Associate for Sunrun, a residential solar energy company, where he reported on the performance of investor Tax Equity funds and oversaw the distribution of investment proceeds to investors. Prior to that he was an Investment Research Associate for Lunt Capital Management, an RIA, where he monitored and reported on client portfolio performance, conducted investment due diligence, and assisted in client operations. He holds a B.S. in Economics from Brigham Young University.

Josh, his wife, and three young children enjoy watching and playing sports at all levels. Any chance to get outside and enjoy the views and activities Utah has to offer is time well spent. Josh has nearly perfected his sourdough bread recipe and hopes his family and friends are still using his sourdough starter 100 years from now.
