Josh joined Soltis in April 2023, assuming the position of Retirement Advisor. In this capacity, he collaborates with 401(k) sponsors to optimize the management of their retirement plans, while also providing guidance to plan participants on maximizing their employer-provided retirement benefits.

Before joining the Soltis team, Josh served as a Tax Equity Fund Associate at Sunrun, a leading residential solar energy company. In this role, he meticulously reported on the performance of investor Tax Equity funds and supervised the distribution of investment proceeds to investors. Prior to this, he held the position of Investment Research Associate at Lunt Capital Management, an RIA, where he was responsible for monitoring and reporting on client portfolio performance, conducting investment due diligence, and supporting client operations. Josh holds a B.S. in Economics from Brigham Young University.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Josh enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three young children, engaging in both watching and playing sports at all levels. He relishes any opportunity to explore and partake in outdoor activities amidst the breathtaking landscapes Utah has to offer. Josh has nearly perfected his sourdough bread recipe and hopes his family and friends are still using his sourdough starter 100 years from now.
