Jonathan joined Soltis in May 2024 as an Investment Analyst Intern, supporting the Public Investment team, working closely with the Director of Investment Research and senior professionals. He is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in finance at Utah Tech University (UTU) and is set to graduate in May 2025. During his time at UTU, Jonathan has been actively involved in student organizations, serving as President of the Finance Club and Co-President of the Dean’s Student Advisory Council.

Jonathan brings a diverse range of experience from his previous internships. He has worked as a Property Valuation Analyst at Washington County, a Financial Planning Analyst at RAM Aviation, Space, and Defense, and a Summer Venture Capital Associate at the Utah Innovation Fund. In these roles, he developed complex financial models, conducted due diligence on startup companies, performed investment research, and carried out in-depth financial analysis for company valuation.

Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys snowboarding, traveling, volunteering, cars, volleyball, and golfing.

He is currently pursuing the CFA designation, set to take level I in November of this year.
