Before joining Soltis, Glenn was a Senior Wealth Advisor at SlateStone Wealth, responsible for wealth management and investment solutions for individual investors. He has held senior leadership roles at Surety Wealth Management and Faculty Advisors. Glenn began his career at Fidelity Investments, where he worked in various roles encompassing service, management, and new business development. He also consulted with large institutional clients in the tax-exempt markets, focusing on retirement plan design, investment management, and employee education programs.

Glenn graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. He is a Certified Financial Planner™ and has earned designations as a Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor (CMFC), Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS), and Chartered Retirement Planning Consultant (CRPC).
