Throughout his career, Casey has served as CFO for multiple private equity–backed companies, leading complex M&A efforts that include more than 40 successful acquisitions. His expertise spans financial strategy, transaction structuring, integration planning, and building high-performing finance teams to support scalable growth. He is known for aligning financial operations with business objectives and delivering actionable insights to boards and investors.
Casey holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in accounting from Utah State University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the state of Utah. He is passionate about developing finance talent and contributing to organizations that prioritize transparency, innovation, and long-term value creation.
