Bruce joined Soltis on January 1, 2018 when Soltis acquired Definitive Advisors, an investment advisory firm that acted as a referral partner of Soltis. Bruce spent most of his career as either president or CEO of several corporations from a venture backed early stage consumer products company, offices in gate areas of airports, to a SAAS turnaround and created a multi-national oil distribution firm. In addition to Soltis, Bruce serves as a Group Chair with Vistage International where he facilitates the growth and coaches over 30 small business owners or CEO’s.

Bruce earned a BS in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering and a MSME with an emphasis in Engineering Administration from the University of Utah.
