Ammon Christensen

Director of Alternative Investment Research

Ammon began his tenure at Soltis Investment Advisors as an intern from August 2016 to July 2017. He rejoined Soltis as an Investment Associate in July 2018 and currently serves as the Director of Alternative Investment Research. Under the guidance of the Managing Director of Alternatives, Hal Anderson, Ammon conducts due diligence and analysis on the firm’s alternative investments.

Ammon holds a B.A. in Political Science from Brigham Young University and an MBA with a finance emphasis from Utah Valley University’s Woodbury School of Business. During his MBA program, he was part of teams that placed second in the Utah CFA® Research Challenge and first in the Utah Association for Corporate Growth Cup. Additionally, Ammon contributed to economic research for academic publications at both BYU and UVU.

Residing in downtown Salt Lake City with his wife, Cassie, Ammon enjoys trips to Disneyland, taking their dog to the park, and watching baseball.
