AJ joined Soltis in 2021 and currently serves as a Trader/Operations Specialist. Initially starting as a Service Specialist/Receptionist, he quickly distinguished himself through his exceptional organizational and customer service skills. His dedication and competence led to a transition in 2023 to the Operations team, where he now excels in his role as Trader/Operations Specialist. Additionally, he provides comprehensive support to advisors, from entering trades to preparing for client meetings, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

AJ holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance with a concentration in Financial Planning from Southern New Hampshire University. He is a Candidate for CFP® Certification and has also obtained his Series 65 License, underscoring his commitment to professional development and excellence in the financial services industry.

Outside of work, AJ enjoys spending time outdoors. He is passionate about hunting, fishing, hiking, finding new adventures, and just about anything that takes him to the mountains. As he is always seeking to escape the heat of the desert sun.
