Sharlin is an MBA & Accounting Specialist with expertise in accounting, bookkeeping, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and business systems analysis. As part of the Soltis Tax Solutions team, she helps clients manage their day-to-day financial operations through accurate bookkeeping, financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and strategic business support.
Earlier in her career, she worked as a Business Systems Analyst consultant on projects for organizations including Wells Fargo, Vanguard, RBC Bank, and Dun & Bradstreet, gaining expertise in business analysis and process improvement. She also served as a Financial Analyst at Windstar Cruises, supporting financial reporting, budgeting, and cost management initiatives.
Originally from Mumbai, India, she holds an MBA in Finance from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Economics from the University of Mumbai.
Sharlin resides in Redmond, Washington, and outside of work enjoys exploring the hiking trails of the Pacific Northwest and spending time with her family.
