Rob Kelley is the Vice President of Finance at Soltis, where he partners with the CFO and leadership team to support financial planning, performance reporting, financial operations, and scalable growth initiatives. He brings more than 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with a focus on FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, financial modeling, and operational finance.
Prior to joining Soltis, Rob held senior finance leadership roles in private equity-backed and financial services environments, where he helped build reporting frameworks, improve financial processes, support executive decision-making, and lead finance transformation initiatives. His experience includes partnering with senior leadership, investors, and cross-functional teams to translate business strategy into actionable financial plans and operating metrics.
Outside of work, Rob enjoys spending time with family; golfing; hiking; and volunteering for causes that support mental health and mental wellness.
