Michelle joined the Soltis team in early 2026 as a client service specialist, where she supported front-line client relations and daily office operations. In June of 2026, she took on a new role as Executive Assistant for the Soltis Executive Leadership Team. Michelle mangages calendars, coordinates administrative requests, and helps ensure a seamless and professional experience for executive leadership team members and clients.
Michelle brings a strong background in Marketing and Graphic Design, with over 10 years of experience in visual communication, brand support, and client-focused work.
She holds a degree in piano pedagogy, reflecting her appreciation for music and creative expression.
Outside of the office, Michelle enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors hiking and biking, as well as reading and playing the piano. She values time with her friends and family and is a proud mother of 4 children and grandmother of 5, with one more on the way.
