Michelle joined the Soltis team in March 2026 as a client service specialist, where she supports front-line client relations and daily office operations. She manages incoming client communication, coordinates administrative requests, and helps ensure a seamless and professional experience for clients and team members.
Michelle brings a strong background in Marketing and Graphic Design, with over 10 years of experience in visual communication, brand support, and client-focused work.
She holds a degree in piano pedagogy, reflecting her appreciation for music and creative expression.
Outside of the office, Michelle enjoys staying active, spending time outdoors hiking and biking, as well as reading and playing the piano. She values time with her friends and family and is a proud mother of 4 children and grandmother of 5, with one more on the way.
