Lon’s experience is rooted in financial services, where he began his career with Foster & Marshall, Inc., Shearson American Express and Shearson Lehman Brothers, serving as a member of Shearson Lehman Brothers President’s and Chairman’s Council.
His extensive background in business management, portfolio asset management and private equity analysis, and funding provide unique insights to create, build and manage wealth for Soltis clients. Lon has a B.S. from Brigham Young University. He is involved in, and serves on, numerous boards for business, community, and humanitarian organizations.
