Herman joined Soltis in March 2026 as a Senior Wealth Advisor, bringing over two decades of deep-seated expertise in financial advisory services and strategic wealth management. He specializes in helping clients navigate the intersection of their current financial complexities and their long-term lifestyle and legacy aspirations.
Herman holds a robust suite of industry designations, including CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®, Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor®, and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst®. His academic credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Outside of the office, Herman is an avid traveler, having traveled to over 50 countries. He resides in downtown Chicago with his wife and two sons, where they embrace an active lifestyle through rock climbing, snowboarding, and hiking. Herman and his wife were originally born in Ukraine. A dedicated advocate for his community, Herman serves on the board of the Russian-speaking division of the Jewish United Fund (JUF) and has previously contributed his leadership as a community organizer for Moishe House.
