Trevor Sampson

HR Generalist

Trevor is an HR professional who is passionate about creating positive employee experiences and supporting a workplace where people can succeed. In his role, he partners closely with the HR Manager to support office operations with a strong focus on recruiting, hiring, and onboarding. Trevor is driven by a people-first approach and is dedicated to building smooth, efficient processes that help new hires feel welcomed and teams stay supported.

Trevor’s HR background began at Fox Pest Control in Logan, Utah, where he worked as both an Executive Assistant and an HR Intern where he was in charge of hiring sales associates and technicians for 4 different offices. His career also includes extensive sales and client-facing experience, including managing marketing operations for Ford’s marketing team and working as a Commercial Insurance Agent where he supported dozens of trucking companies across the U.S., giving him a broad understanding of business operations, risk, and client needs. Trevor then became a prominent commercial insurance agent in the heart of Salt Lake City, serving many of Utah’s leading local businesses.

Trevor studied at the University of Utah—where he played on and later captained the men’s volleyball team—before transferring to Utah State University to continue his athletic and academic career. He graduated with a degree in Business Management and a minor in Marketing and Entrepreneurship.

Outside of work, Trevor enjoys staying active through volleyball, gym and fitness, golf, snowboarding, and spending quality time with his wife and walking with their dog.
