Morning E-Bike Ride
Snow Canyon State Park

Meet at Rampage E-Bikes, 1195 Snow Canyon Pkwy, Ivins, UT 84738

9:00am - 11:30am MDT

Electric bikes are a fun way to experience the beautiful scenery of Snow Canyon. The Snow Canyon Loop Trail is a 16-mile round trip (8 miles up and 8 miles down) paved trail. 

  • Arrive between 9:00-9:30 am
  • The bike ride will last about 1.5 hours. Lunch will be provided afterwards.
  • Dress appropriately for your activity.

Tour of Tuacahn Amphitheatre

Experience golf at The Ledges Golf Course. A shotgun start for 60 players blends networking and fun against breathtaking red rock scenery. Enjoy a top-tier golfing adventure suitable for all skill levels in a stunning Southern Utah setting.

  • Arrive between 6:30-7:30 am MT for breakfast and warm up.
  • 7:30 am Shotgun Start
  • Golfing attire
  • Food will be available at the snack bar patio. For breakfast, burritos and sandwiches will be available before the scramble starts. After the scramble we will have a Mexican themed buffet lunch. Each golfer will also be provided with drinks available in coolers near the carts and spread every three holes on the course. In addition, a $15 voucher for food, snacks, and drinks from the beverage cart will also be provided.

Kanarra Falls Hike

Meet at Soltis office, 20 N Main St, St. George, UT 84770

7:00 am - 1:00 pm MDT

Treat yourself to an unforgettable outdoor adventure with the Kanarra Falls hike in charming Kannarraville, Utah. This scenic journey takes you into a slot canyon. You will be hiking in ankle to knee deep water and climbing up and down steep rocky slopes. 

  • Meet between 7:00-7:30 am on the top floor parking garage at the Soltis office, 20 N Main St, St. George, UT 84770
  • Transportation will be provided, or you can drive yourself & caravan to Parking Kanarra Creek Trail, 345 E 100 N St, Kanarraville, UT 84742
  • The hike will last between 3-4 hours and is 4 miles roundtrip.
  • Lunch will be provided afterwards.
  • Dress appropriately for your activity.  This is a water hike. Be prepared to hike in the river, wear shoes and clothes that can get wet.  Average temperatures for the water is 30 degrees in the colder months and 50 degrees during the summer. Hiking poles will be provided, and good sturdy water shoes are recommended.  You will be hiking along and through the streambed with slippery rocks, logs, and uneven terrain. No flip flops!

Conner is the Vice President of Advisory Solutions at Redwood Investment Management. In this role, he is responsible for developing, managing, and leading Redwood’s advisor analyst team. Since joining Redwood in 2019, he has helped grow their firm to over $3 billion in AUM.  He has worked with RIAs and independents around the nation to implement both public and private market strategies to deliver better client outcomes.   Conner earned a B.S. in Economics and a B.S. in Supply Chain Management from Barrett the Honors College at the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.

FRED REISH is an attorney whose practice focuses on fiduciary and best interest standards of care, prohibited transactions, conflicts of interest, and issues related to the operation and investment of retirement plans. He is of counsel at the Ferenczy Benefits Law Center. Fred is a Charter Fellow of the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel. He has been recognized as one of the “Legends” of the retirement
industry by both PLANADVISER magazine and PLANSPONSOR magazine. Fred has received recognition awards including from ASPPA/Morningstar and the Internal Revenue Service.

He has taught at Arizona State University and the University of Southern California. He currently serves as a Research Fellow at the Retirement Income Institute. Fred has written more than 350 articles and four books about retirement plans.

Professional Life:
From 2013 to 2024, Tyler served as both the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Soltis Investment Advisors. In 2024, he transitioned out of the CFO role and out of the CCO role in 2025. In addition to his past executive roles, he is a Senior Advisor, working with individual and institutional clients. Tyler is also a key member of the Investment Committee. Tyler joined Soltis shortly after its inception as an Investment Analyst. He later became the Operations Manager, overseeing all trading, portfolio reconciliation, and reporting. In 1998, Tyler became an Advisor, where he developed and implemented Soltis’ proprietary strategies. In 2003, he became a partner of the firm and was subsequently named Vice President of Wealth Management Services. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Finance from Southern Utah University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude and received the Outstanding Business Student Award for his top-class GPA.


Personal Life & Background:
Tyler Wilkinson grew up in St. George, Utah where he attended Dixie High School, met his wife, Jennifer and earned All-State honors in football, baseball and won the 3A wrestling championship. During the spring of his senior year, shortly after signing a letter of intent to play both college football and baseball, Tyler broke his neck in an automobile accident, leaving him a quadriplegic. Events of Tyler and Jennifer’s lives are told by Hall of Fame Quarterback Steve Young in the best-selling film “Tyler: A Real Hero.” The film has been aired both nationally and internationally and has resulted in Tyler and Jennifer sharing their message of faith and perseverance more than a thousand times to professional, civic, and church organizations around the world. Tyler and Jennifer have been married for 32 years and they have five wonderful children.

Miguel Puerto is a senior investment analyst for Morningstar Retirement. In this role, he builds portfolios for managed account participants and analyzes several methodologies powering Morningstar’s Retirement solutions. Miguel also researches the advantages of diversification and including various asset classes in portfolio construction. He’s currently researching the benefits of adding private market assets to retirement plans.

Before assuming his current role, Miguel held various roles at Morningstar working as an investment analyst in an international equities’ portfolio, business development and data analysis. Before joining Morningstar, Miguel worked for a multi-family office as an investment analyst focused on alternatives.

Miguel holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Loyola Chicago University and the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Andrew Kuhn is a portfolio specialist covering the target date strategies in the Multi-Asset Division.  He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. 

Andrew’s investment experience began in 2008, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2013, beginning in the Individual Investor Client Development department.  Prior to this, Andrew was employed by RBC Wealth Management as a senior associate, where he worked with both high-net-worth families and institutional clients.

Andrew earned a B.B.A. in economics from Loyola University Maryland.
