She has a passion for making financial operations run smoothly and helping teams work smarter, not harder. With a background in accounts receivable leadership, billing, and financial reporting, she has a proven track record of improving processes, strengthening accuracy, and building strong relationships across departments.
Before joining Soltis, Brittney spent several years leading accounts receivable operations in both Las Vegas and Nashville, where she guided teams, streamlined collections, and improved overall cash flow. Along the way, she became skilled in a variety of financial systems, including SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and Power BI.
What sets Brittney apart is her unique blend of technical expertise and people-first leadership. She enjoys mentoring others, solving problems collaboratively, and finding ways to simplify and streamline complex financial processes.
Outside of work, Brittney values time with her family and spending time in nature or playing games. Most of all, she looks for opportunities to create long-lasting memories every chance she gets.
