Ken serves as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Soltis, where he oversees all legal, regulatory, and compliance matters. Prior to joining Soltis in July 2025, he spent 27 years at Strategic Investment Group, a $ 30 billion+ asset manager serving foundations, endowments, pensions, sovereign entities, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. In addition to serving as General Counsel at that firm, he was a member of the Board of Directors. He held senior roles across management and governance functions, including serving as Chief Operating Officer. During his tenure there, he managed the firm’s legal affairs, provided compliance oversight, structured investment vehicles, supported product development, and spearheaded the firm’s enterprise risk efforts.
Ken holds a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Michigan. He is a CFA Charterholder and a member of the CFA Society Salt Lake. Having recently moved to Utah, Ken enjoys hiking, biking, skiing, and traveling with his wife and two daughters.
