Ammon Christensen

Director of Alternative Investment Research

Ammon worked as an intern at Soltis Investment Advisors from August 2016 to July 2017. He returned to Soltis as an Investment Associate in July of 2018. Ammon is currently the Director of Alternative Investment Research. Under the direction of the Managing Director of Alternatives, Hal Anderson, Ammon helps perform due diligence and analysis on the firm’s alternative investments.

 Ammon received a B.A. in Political Science from Brigham Young University and his MBA, finance emphasis, from Utah Valley University’s Woodbury School of Business. While in his MBA program, Ammon participated on teams that placed 2nd in the Utah CFA® research challenge and 1st in the Utah Association for Corporate Growth Cup. At both BYU and UVU, Ammon participated in preparing economic research for academic publications.

 Ammon currently lives in downtown Salt Lake City with his wife Cassie. He enjoys trips to Disneyland with his wife, taking his dog to the park, and watching baseball.
