Erika joined the Soltis team as the Executive Administrative Assistant for the Southlake, Texas office in September of 2021. She attended the University of North Texas graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Management, where she earned several exemplary academic awards including graduating Magna Cum Laude in May of 2021. Prior to working for Soltis, Erika spent 5 years working as a Quality Assurance and Control Specialist for The Crossroads Group Inc.

Erika is a born-and-bred Texan who loves spending time with her husband (who is her high-school sweetheart!), taking her two fur babies to the dog park, and spending time with her friends and family. Summer is her favorite time of year as she does not like the cold…at all.
